Exchange & Return Policy

According to the RA Government Decision No. 77 dated January 30, 2002, jewelry made of precious metals and stones is not subject to return or exchange.

However, your satisfaction with our products and service is our top priority. To ensure a positive experience, we offer the following customer-friendly exchange option:

Exchange Option

Timeframe:
Within 7 days from the date of purchase

Conditions:

• The jewelry must be unused

• All original tags and packaging must be intact

• A valid receipt (sales slip) must be presented

Exchange Terms

• Items may be exchanged for any other piece of jewelry

• If the selected item is more expensive, the price difference is paid by the customer

• If the selected item is less expensive, the difference is not refunded

Note:
All shipping costs related to the exchange are covered by the customer

Manufacturing Defects

If a manufacturing defect is discovered, the item is eligible for free exchange or repair within 14 days from the date of purchase.
